    I’ve been seeing inconsistencies in C3 lately…
    [spoiler]Firstly: I wonder why Kirika-iinchou didn’t use her maso snake-like bindings after she went through the trouble of breaking every bone of her own body…
    I mean, she could’ve easily used it to kill that church lady while the latter was focused on the camera and had left her Waas somewhere else.
    Also: that Himura guy can hide his presence using his Waas, but how the hell did he make the church lady NOT hear them talking with the door wide open?
    And finally: it seemed very unlikely for Kirika to sustain those kinds of injuries with that lame of a car crash.
    It’s not like she banged her head on the dashboard, when the car impacted on its side.
    And why is her left side in much worse condition than her right? Following the rule of inertia, she should’ve got thrown to her right, into that Himura guy.[/spoiler]
    But I’m sure there’s going to be a very logical explanation, like in every Manga/Anime…

  20. So basically the show has an obnoxiously derivative art style, bad physics, AND a disjointed plot. At least they got the fanservice right.

    You bring up some good points, I think I can help answer a few of them.

    I think Kirika’s maso snake waas can only be used when its “directed” with her hands (I think in previous episodes she generally moves her hand towards whatever she uses her waas for). Since her hands were bound and behind her, I think she would have a difficult time attacking. Also, the church family lady warned Kirika twice that is she tried anything, she would hurt/kill Haru.
    About the Himura guy and the talking, I agree. Maybe where they are locked in is in a separate room etc from where the lady was sitting.
    Yeah, the car crash was kinda lame. The glass was not broken near her and the front end of the car seemed find, idk why she was so beat up on one side; she also had her seatbelt on.
    Despite these discrepancies, I’m still enjoying the show! Thanks UTW.

At the apartment I lived at my last two years in college, there was actually this guy driving a Ford Probe that drove through two chain link fences and smashed the frond end of his car smack dab into a pair of large trash dumpsters. Somehow, he managed to push through between the two dumpsters and drive off; the front bumper was pancaked against the pavement and caused some sparks, but the headlights worked just fine even though they were obviously cracked and pointing up in completely different directions.
    He still got caught, though – found a crumpled license plate by one of the dumpsters. Lawl.
