In light of poor performance and 200 million USD in losses this quarter we have decided to pull the plug on the Apocrypha endeavor. All future releases are on hold until we can regroup and replan our strategies.

Lol Cletus, how do you know it’s in the middle of the night for them? Also, they are doing this for free. They aren’t obligated to do it for us and they shouldn’t be receiving backlash for being late. In fact, we should be thankful that we get subs in the first place, since they are kind enough to release subs despite so many of the rude, ungrateful assholrs above.

The subs are average at best with many mistakes, they delay each episodes for days sometimes weeks and they only release it in 720p quality. Why should be grateful for their half-assed work? Fuck them. Now release the fucking episode.

@Tired person: You say that like it was a very simple thing to do. I may have years of japanese practice on my back, but I certainly know my Japanese still isn’t good enough to pull off a perfect translation out of Audio only.
By the time someone without the basic Japanese knowledge pulls off a “perfect translation”, the serie will have ended and someone else will have translated it by then (unless it’s an unpopular serie, like what happened with Rockman.exe)
So it’s not like they are not contributing, but rather that they can’t contribute. Thought I have to agree, even though we’re used to sub releases within 24 hours, one shouldn’t whine for something done “benevolently”.
Patience is a virtue. Translations are work-intensive, so we can only thank people who puts time and effort on doing so, and for free.
When will ep 17 be released? I can’t wait to watch best girl Astolfo 🙁
