No Sensei and Ninomiya-kun? No baka yarou’s? I had such high hopes that the studio wouldn’t fuck it up again.
I wouldn’t say no bakayarous but there’s been like one per episode. The jokes have been pretty good so far, though, and they’ve still got 11 episodes to add some old fan favourites, so on the whole I’m pretty optimistic.

Well thanks for spoiling us. -.- Though I guess it’s the good kind of spoiler? Since you crushed our expectations of what surprises might lie in store for us before we found out 24 minutes later that we were to be disappointed by their complete absence? But seriously, I hope you’re not planning on announcing the presence or absence of a Hosaka song each week. I’d like to genuinely be surprised when it happens, just like I was with all the Season 1 and Season 3 classic Hosaka scenes.

There’s probably not going to be Sensei x Ninomiya-kun again. That’s something the animation studio added to the first season themselves, it’s not in the original Manga. No need to recycle that, give us new jokes.
Every time I saw a Sensei x Ninomiya-kun scene in the first season, all I could hear in my head was BRAD! JANET! DOCTOR SCOTT! JANET? DOCTOR SCOTT? BRAD! ROCKY!!!!!

15m22s: ε₯³γγγ is the noun, “femininity”, but it’s been translated as the adjective ε₯³γγγ, “feminine”. Not a huge deal obviously, but it may be something for you to fix for a v2 script (either for an eventual UTW batch or else for another group’s batch were you to pass on a Tadaima batch). Same for ε₯³γ γγ “effeminacy” vs. ε₯³γ γγ “effeminate” which follows shortly thereafter.

Those angry eyes…. oh YES, Minami-ke. Between Mako-chan and those eyes, it’s feeling more and more like S1 all over again. We just need more Hosaka, and we’re back.
