#24:
12:26 – Rin is apologizing to Sakura for not being able to save her brother. Aniplex fucked up that.
Suggested: “I couldn’t save… Shinji…”
#25
3:52 – Shirou works part-time as Luvia’s butler. Aniplex fucked up that line.
Suggested: “You aren’t working as my butler at the moment, remember?”
18:14 – Waver was saying the Clock Tower was too small for Shirou to accomplish his dream.
Suggested: “This place is indeed too small for that.”
23:08 – Heroic Spirit Emiya was talking about himself, not Shirou.
Suggested: “However, I did get my answer. I have regrets. And I don’t know how many times I had wished to do it all over. My fate is set in stone, and I will curse it forever. But even still… I was not wrong.”

Oh dear…UTW have mistakes like that now? That’s a little unsettling…I know they use edited aniplex scripts now instead of translating on their own, but I always assumed they still put their stuff through a good round of TLC’ing? That first mistake and the last one are mistakes that should be easy to catch, since the wrong lines don’t match up with the VN, and I always had the impression that many of UTW’s staff that have been working on this and other FSN shows (UBW movie, Zero) was familiar with the VN, but…Maybe I was mistaken? :-/
