Apex release has worse audio quality. I watched karna vs sieg episode in apex version, and I regret that. Having audio make big difference when there is good action scene

Looking at the comments here, I can’t believe what I am seeing. Goes to show just how entitled fans these days are. A far cry from the days where simulcasts are non-existent, and fansubs are given the due respect.
While I am not a fan of UTW, their consistency and past track record deserves to be mentioned. Fans should at least show some respect for that instead of harping about on when they would release it. Guess we all know the reason why fansubs are dying, but I guess that isn’t necessary a bad thing isn’t it.
ZeroYuki, you really think fansubs are dying because some fans act like jerks? I have yet to see any fan sub group tout anything apart from real life responsibilities, work or just plain losing interest in subbing anime after doing it for years.
The fact that there are less ready replacements is what is due to simply the anime landscape changing and simulcasts, streaming sites etc getting more attention and becoming more mainstream.
UTW shoul’ve just stayed dead if they weren’t going to sub in time. Don’t fucking sub an anime if you don’t have time. Retards.
ZeroYuki it isn’t just fans. Its people in general, specifically from allegedly developed countries. When your basic needs are by and large met by your government overlords, often at the expense of the productive members of society, you have ample time to bitch about the little shit. Everything else is handed to these people, and they come to expect that everything revolves around their wants, and on their schedule.
Even back in the day, there were fansub groups that were capable of maintaining a somewhat consistent schedule. It’s been a pretty consistent pattern around here that people only start getting triggered when it’s been 72-96 hours since the episode aired.

oldfag here ahhhhh this takes me back waiting weeks some times months for a sub cause you’re used to one group. Speed subs are fine but when you got a group like UTW that’s been doing this franchise for longer than I can remember you just trust theirs more.

This problem could be avoided if UTW would just say why there’s a delay and give an estimate for release. A week late or more with no word is bad form.

UTW has been a great fansub group so far, and as for the last delays… Is it so damn hard to wait a little longer? They are doing this for free. I really wish all these commenters would get the same treatment whenever they are late with something, no matter how trivial.
