A wise man once said Akihito’s interactions with Mirai were typical KyoAni, whereas his interactions with Mitsuki were typical SHAFT. That has never held truer than in this episode.

On Yacchan: Takasu Yasuko will always be the one and only Yacchan to me. This new one’s going to have to settle for being “Yayoi, Mother of Akihito the Nightmyon.” Though it seems the isonobonbons are strong with her as well.
It seems like the colors in your video are slightly desaturated compared to Crunchy/Horrible. Also, the general video quality seems slightly worse. I fucking love you guys’ subs, so get your raw provider to step it up, homies!

While CR’s raw is clearly sharper and also has slightly better colors, it also has lots of nasty banding. I’d rather not have the banding.

I don’t think anybody else actually get the Yacchan reference.
One Yacchan was more than enough for me.
For video quality, depending on the original source, if there’s banding in the source then 10bit doesn’t help, unless you add noise, which degrades colour and sharpness. It’s a trade-off, but unless you’re going to re-render the show frame by frame, or at least keyframe by keyframe, it’s a trade-off.
