1. “So what if I got some ice cream on my face, it doesn’t mean you can do that…” Thanks for the quick release! XD

whay

3. Thanks for the subs! 😀
If you look at this whole cloning business… I can fully understand it. One Onee-sama simply isn’t enough! Heck, if I could, I’d clone Onee-sama as well!

4. lol at the palindrome, who actually came up with it cuz thats pretty damn smart.
Also not going to say its a bad translation but I noticed thats not what she actually says, she was saying
こねこ (kitten) is the same read forwards and backwards.
This is just for anyone wondering.

5. Props to J.C. Staff for reading the atmosphere there and switching up the ED. You can’t use a lighthearted ED like this show normally has after an ending like that. It’s really inappropriate and totally ruins the atmosphere. It’s a simple enough concept, but you’d be surprised what kind of shows make that mistake (I’m looking at you, CLANNAD ~AS~…).
Great episode. It feels a bit strange watching it when I know the general plot from Index, but seeing the story and action expanded like this is still intense. I can’t wait to see next week’s confrontation.

6. @qbit We’re overlapping Index now. The first season of Railgun started before Index, and ended not long after it started (there’s mention that the weather forecasts are no longer reliable as Tree Diagram is no longer in contact, something that happens early on in Index). Were now seeing the Sister’s story arc from Misaka’s point of view before Touma gets involved.

7. @qbit
Right about now Touma is probably trying to save Himegami Aisa in the Deep Blood Arc.

8. thanks for the new episode. This episode just brought back memories of the rage I had when I watched index and saw this particular part of the series. o.o;

9. hot damn! incredibly awesome episode, that shit had it all! ÔÔ
great editing work (that even I could notice) as well! : D

10. While this ep is sad story-wise, Misaka’s Doppelganger is damn fine troll! ^_^ And UTW – thanks as usual!

11. @Enamelthyst: Oh, now I see what UTW was doing! I understood what she was saying, but not what the subs meant… haha, thanks.

12. After “light” first part of episode second really hurts (in more than one way). Thought it was necassary cause this show was too slow and too boring IMHO. Anyway if my memory serves my right we gonna see touma in next episode right?

13. Fuck. That was unpleasant.
Did they make him even more sadistic than he was in Index? :/

14. That was a nice episode. Thanks UTW
@qbit and Gaoshiki: I think this episode is about a week after Touma saved Himegami Aisa in the deep blood arc from the alchemist and is about a week before Touma steps into the sisters arc. First we get
Railgun vs. ITEM.
Does anyone know if Railgun S will only be sisters arc?
It would be really nice if the liberal arts city arc was animated. But considering the length that would be its own season, maybe Railgun A.

15. @Baltor
I think it’s just the Sister’s Arc. There’s probably enough content to cover 24 episodes.

16. @Baltor
Well, fripSide’s OP song contains “Sister’s voice” so I think it’s just it. Or they’ll change it once the arc is over. Meaning after 12 episode if this is a 24 one.

17. Well, the Sisters Arc covers chapters 18-39 of Railgun. Currently finished the equivalent of chapter 23, but battle scenes are going to pass by faster.
Assuming 24 episodes, I’ll guess Liberal Arts City will take up a part. About 5 episodes sounds right given standard conversion rates of one light novel to 5 episodes.
So episodes 2-19, or 18 episodes worth, is plenty. It’ll probably be shorter – ending around episode 15 is my guess. Some filler, and then Liberal Arts City would fill up the time pretty well.

18. Level 6 Advancement Project: 49.91% complete.
Let say this Sister’s Arc is a prequel to same arc in Index Season One. This installment will focus on
Misaka hell-bent to stop the Level 6 experiment by destroying key-point installations that use to clone her Imouto/related to the project until some point the organization called in ITEM to stop whoever behind the project sabotage.
19. This episode is awesome, thanks for the quality release.
Too bad we will have to see Touma in this arc since his annoying presence is needed to finish it.
Or maybe J.C. Staff will find a way to keep this arc great and cut Touma from the show..
Also wondering, will there be the Last Order arc in this season?

20. Obviously he will show up a few times along it, I doubt they will be able to cut him out regardless.

21. An awesome episode as usual, but I have a question. In the opening when Kuroko is teleporting near Konori, do the lyrics really go “Will one day will tear me apart” or is there an extra will in there? I admit that my english is far from perfect but that way of putting it really sound odd to me.

22. @Synzia
Looks like everybody missed that extra “will”. It’ll be fixed for episode 6 onwards, thanks for letting us know.
