Please supply me with an XviD encoder that actually gives proper target bitrate control using >1 threads. When you code this for me I will give you consistent 160mb AVI version, until then you will get randomly sized ones or the alternative is no XviD at all if you aren’t happy with the former.

The windmills are aliens with powers over time and human relations. They are conducting an experiment where they pair Tachibana up with some girl, watch the results, then rewind time and try it again with a different girl.
I’m interested to see if Tachibana eventually figures it out.
