@goat: From the patch package (Index23v2 patch.zip) all you need is “index23v2.xdelta”. Extract that into the same directory as “[UTW-Mazui]_Toaru_Majutsu_no_Index_II_-_23_[720p][0A984DCC].mkv”. Install the “xdelta” package in Ubuntu if you don’t have it installed already and run the following:
“xdelta3 -dfvs [UTW-Mazui]_Toaru_Majutsu_no_Index_II_-_23_[720p][0A984DCC].mkv index23v2.xdelta”
That *should* work.

Probably stuck at v0 until blu-rays. lol. There are no good transport streams available for it without boxing.
