Unlike the other Amagami SS BDs being released mid-month, the last two will be release at the end of this month on the 29th. You will just have to deal with rori-like girls and push-up bras for one more week.
Looks like we’ll be getting some Reki next week. I always welcome more Reki and Riko.
Also, at the rate they’re going, it looks like they’ll be ending at Volume 3 or 4.

There is no general relationship between file sizes and perceived video quality. Some video inputs compress better and thus require less bitrate to achieve the same quality as other video inputs. In other words, this episode simply required less bitrate than the previous one to achieve the desired quality.
Those of you who are still skeptical can refer to TheFluff’s blog post on the subject.

Actually, what Kinji says (thinks?) at the beginning of Episode 1 is the same as his thoughts in the Prologue to Volume 1. Those thoughts only truly become significant at the end of Overture’s Fine (Volume 5 chapter 2 or 3, IIRC), so it’s probably safe to assume this will be a 24-episode season running through Volume 6 or so.
[spoiler]Besides, it’d be pretty boring if they ended the first season without even getting to the end of the portion of the novels that the author said was “just a prologue”. As for the “H.”, you might notice the detective symbol behind her on the bench is the same as the one printed on the Arthur Conan Doyle Hardcover Collection volumes and, in addition to Baker Street, is often used as a symbol for “H.”[/spoiler]
