And I’m back with the Gargantia batch! This was definitely my favorite show of last season, and I hope you all enjoyed it as well.
Episodes 1-8 as well as 11 and 13 have minor (sometimes very minor) script fixes. Episode 2’s ending has also been replaced with the proper ending sequence from the TV airing (along with the endcard). You can get patches to update the original releases here – just download, extract to the same directory, and run the included .bat file.
As with previous batches, the 480p batch is simply a collection of the original files with no changes, though I did remux episode 1 into an mp4 container for consistency.
Huge thanks to our all-star team for delivering a top-tier release with consistent efficiency and quality.
Will there be a 1080p version? I downloaded the raws of the BD (nyaa.se / ? page = view & tid = 423583) and it looks quite sharp.
This is a TV batch, so no. I believe FFF will be doing the BDs with our subs, so keep an eye out for their release if you’re after 1080p.

@ACrazyOldMan: Sendspace now has a download program which seems to be all the rage with storage sites these days. Its optional though, look for a check box that is checked by default and uncheck it. The check box is saying “Do you want to download our download program and a bunch of other stuff and install it all on your computer for you?”
A LOT of the file hosting sites have started to do this. Be sure to make sure that nothing is checked before you hit the download or you might get something you don’t want.
Seriously best show last season. Hoping for Blu-Rays so I’ll be stalking FFF-Peeps.

Just a heads up. They already lit the next season of Gargantia (Episode 14 OVA will be out with the DVD/Blu-ray release).
What will they install for us in the next season? Time skip? The Galactic Human Alliance fortunately pick up the distress signal (what left of it after [spoiler]destruction of Sugita-bot/Stryker) coming back to their roots[/spoiler], and implicate the harmony balance of Old Earth?
We only can wait and see.
