Here’s Amagami SS episode 24, also the ending to Tsukasa’s arc. And what an ending this was! The perfect kind of episode to sit down with a hot drink and a blanket in a cold winter night. I had to translate this in the dead hours of the night, but boy was it worth it.
So I apparently made a mistake last week and announced that this would be the last episode, only to discover that a certain episode 25 starring Kamizaki Risa will be airing in the midnight hours of Christmas Eve. Will we work on it straight away? Probably, but that’s difficult to say at this point.
This means the staff curtain call and all the tears will also be postponed until next week… but for now, we have for you two new polls! I’ll try and find some time to do a post on the results of the earlier Amagami SS arc polls.
And last but not least… new banner! I literally had a mental orgasm when I saw it. Credit for the banner goes to the wonderful Kusion.

That’s what I’ll be including in the batch. I’m not sure whether we’ll be able to provide timed versions against the original audio for several reasons, two of them being whether the staff wants to do it, and the fact that audio releases are a new territory.
Where do we find the audio monologue? The one I found doesn’t seem to match the translations :/

Holy shit. Greatest finale ever. These four episodes have usurped Toradora as my personal “greatest love story ever told.” Thanks to the entire staff for subbing such a great series. You all have good taste in anime, so I look forward to any future projects you guys pick up, including the stalker arc.

This series has its ups and downs
But Tsukasa’s arc is the best arc ever
and because of that i will never regret waiting,downloading and watching each and every episode.
At first Kaoru was my fave Gal, then Tsukasa-chan came along.

In all honesty I love this more than yosuga, the guys who look normal have more heart. On topic this arc was the best.
I liked all the arcs Tsukasa, Ai, Rihoko, Morishima, Kaoru, Sae, and miya were all my favorite females(couldn’t decide on a number one favorite, wish they gave rihoko her true ending). Junichi was really awesome in tsukasa’s arc and the Ai’s arc gotta give him credit for manning up in those episodes. He had his fault’s for being like males characters in Anime but he was kinda cool.
Anyhow the 10 year later thing with Tsukasa, Junichi, and their daughter was heartwarming which made this show one of the good animes this season. I might try to get the game and the drama Cd’s(if someone translates them to learn the back stories of the girls)

[spoiler]I like Tsukasa’s *real* side better than her fake side. Having someone accept you for who you really are is a bit of a rarity. Especially for awesome characters like Tsukasa. ^^; Now that I’ve seen this arc, it makes me have a totally different opinion of her. I still want to know what was in that book, though. lol[/spoiler] This episode was really good. I liked it better than Morishima’s arc, but I’m still debating if I like this one better than Ai’s arc. Pretty sure that I do, though.

Short hair Tsukasa is awesome. I loved the Haruka, Kaoru, and Tsukasa arcs. Can’t decide which one is my favorite.
After careful considerations:
Girls: Tsukasa > Ai = Kaoru > Haruka > Rihoko > Sae
Arc: Tsukasa > Ai = Kaoru = Haruka > Sae > Rihoko
Did anyone else notice that around the 14 minute mark the song in the background is remarkably similar to Tsukihime’s OST song: Vain? Not a bad thing, but I find it kind of funny.
They better fix Rihiko’s arc in the blurays….she DESERVES A GOOD ENDING TOO!!!!
