  1. “audio is still fucked in this episode too, a source issue”
Good to know… I thought it was only me, audio is bad from old episode too.

  2. anybody else notice the weird relationship between Darnic and Vlad?
it’s hard to tell which one’s the master and which one’s the servant

  3. @Blammo
Vlad is technically a Servant although being a former leader, he is still a proud servant which makes him an interesting character whereas Darnic is a former shell of himself because of his research for eternal youth :3
I can’t help wondering if Darnic would one time stab Vlad in the heart and try to fulfill his own deep unknown wishes like Kirei from Fate/Zero 🙂

  4. @UltimateX
well obviously Vlad is the servant, but he sure as hell don’t act like one being the one always sitting while Darnic is always standing, the “master” is pouring wine, not to mention giving the “servant” free reign and control over all the other servants, Vlad is more free range than Gilgamesh

  5. Shakespeare was quoting his own work, Sonnet 147, when he appeared in this episode, you guys should have quoted it in English which is
“For I have sworn thee fair, and thought thee bright,
Who art as black as hell, as dark as night.”
instead of making your own translation.

  6. Well, people will more likely start complaining again with the subs are being westernized again if that quote was done like that w/o leaving a note of some kind…
Also, about the last scene of previous ep. and the start scene of this ep. Did Saber of Red’s master used some kind of finger bang attack or something…?

  7. @nameNo
yeah I did a double take as well, but this is a necromancer we’re talking about who accepts payment in body parts so like that monkeys paw thing he used to draw that barrier last episode, looks like he used fingers for bullets
“This hand of mine glows with an awesome power! Its burning grip tells me to defeat you! SHINING FINGER!”

  8. @nameNo
what nonsense are you talking about? Shakespeare is literally western character, quoting his own work is part of his character, making your own translation of his originally English quote is wrong, because he is also quoting directly from the Japanese translation of his own works, translating it back and forth twice make the quote loses much of its original meaning.

  9. Darnic gives the reins of Yggdmillennia to Vlad since the latter was a great ruler of Romania where Apocrypha takes place. Being a particularly famous hero within his homeland grants Vlad a superb home-field boon, as it soon becomes evident once he actually starts fighting.

  10. @Kobit
They probably should have, but did they even know that it existed in the first place? It’s not like everyone reads Shakespeare, and honestly they shouldn’t have to read every work of his to translate accurately.

  11. ^^ This.
Just putting a “Check back tomorrow” or a “Things happened; will release Wednesday” post up as soon as it looks like that might be the case would, barring any hidden variable which I am not currently aware of, save both UTW, and those who doesn’t have IRC, some grief.
I had nine plus hours to sit at my computer and refresh hourly today, but not tomorrow, and many people aren’t even that lucky. Some forewarning would be encouraging. Keep up the good work.
