must be nice to be able to play visual novels without the language barrier. editing a visual novel into english (in this case, making an english patch) takes years to complete.

Eustia is an eroge, but I don’t believe there are any H-scenes in the trial they come later on in the individual girls routes. So the trial itself should be safe. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world.

Both OP/ED are fully updated in the mid-season batch. Every single episode has script updates (so thus there will be 12 patches). It will only include ED1 so 01-12. Even though ED2 lyrics are out I wont include 13 & 14 in the batch. They’ll come in the End Season one.
I’m awfully tempted by this VN you speak of. Though 28 shows this season make it kinda hard to do other things (that’s 4 episodes a day yo, and I have 6 hours of college every day). Anyway, I still have a lot of other VNs I want to play so not in my plans anyway.

Yeeaah life doesn’t work that way. I get omre from college at 11.30pm and I can’t watch anime during the day, si I have roughly 6 hours to have dinner watch some anime (no one said I only watch airing series) and waste my time on 4chan. I always lack the motivation to pick up a VN, though after I start one I can’t stop playing.
Also, nerochaos, I’m not sure, but the install is probably failing because it’s in JAP and windows fucks japanese charcaters (useless pricks). I’m too lazy to explain how to do it right, but applocale might work.
Yeah applocale works.
With applocale you need to launch cmd.exe with applocale as japanese locale. Use Unzip cli tool to unzip the web-trial otherwise the SHIFT-JIS filenames will get fubar’d and it won’t install.
Then you need to rename the extracted dirs so they are all in english.
Then you need to launch applocale (jp locale) as Administrator to run the setup.
Once it’s installed, Rename the install dir to english (or you could just make it english in the installer i guess lol), then copy the english patch over and run the english .exe with applocale (jp locale).
It’ll work 100% if you do it correctly like this.
tl;dr Switching to jp locale is probably a hell of a lot easier. I don’t like yen symbols in my cmd prompt so I use english locale and work around the inherent applocale issues that arise.
Just switch to Japanese locale. Works like a charm with every game out there.

Raze already said UTW isn’t dropping it. Funi’s “simulcast” is actually a “five-days-later-cast.” Not to mention, they subbed all of Fractale, despite it being actually simulcasted.

We typically don’t care about Funnymation, and probably won’t until they get their acts together and start doing things like CR does.
We care about CR typically because they are innovating and we support innovation (except for maybe Gosick because a 480p stream is laughable and their raw script quality has dropped since the start). If they did a 720p release I probably wouldn’t have considered picking it up at the start.

Yeah, played the trial. This is pretty amazing. Cute innocence to clash against the immaculate and engaging dark story/setting.

Thanks. I have had 2 choices so far. I was just worried there was some auto setting I had on and it was bypassing the choices. Or I installed it wrong. Very good so far.
