If you understand how Noble Phantasms work, you’ll understand why this is very important. Noble Phantasms are weapons, symbols, etc that *became* legendary for a specific reason. The reason Gil is so OP against other Heroic Spirits is because he has the original versions of all the Noble Phantasms that became legendary for having killed (or being effective against) the Heroes that were the origin of those Heroic Spirits in life. To be clear, the whole reason those Noble Phantasms even exist is because they were made legendary by their association with said Heroes.
That’s why your edit doesn’t make sense – Noble Phantasms aren’t created for a specific purpose as much as they exist as legendary weapons famous for already having been used for a specific purpose.

For those wondering,Type-Moon took their “blood drinking” approach to the scenes in Heavens Feel. And it remains canonical to the lore as all that’s needed to transfer mana is for both people to be “in sync” and to transfer “fluids”. If I remember correctly The whole “sex” thing in the games is merely an excuse based on “convenience”.
As for the trasnfering of the crest, it is canon and as far as I remembering it happened in the regular version too (ust without the sperm whales). Crests can be transferred in small parts as that’s exactly how the succesors inherit them. The only lore-breaking part I remember in Realta Nua was the whole “transplating magic circuits” deal in the Fate route.

Actually, for people wondering whst are those things you guys call as “sperm whales” or “dolphins”, they were actually present on the Prologue episode in the anime.
It is a visualization of Rin’s mana and connection between her and her Servant.
Technically, Shirou was turned into her “Servant” here, so there. He went asleep, the path between them is established, and thus, when he asleep, he saw his “master’s” dreams.
Rin knew that it is inevitable for him to see her memories (especially her first meeting with Shirou). Combined with her attitude for not being too open to people results in her tsun moment. So there, I explained the episode.

Meh, in this case I’ve pretty much watched it as soon as it comes out anyway. As long as they do the last batch of BD’s it will be fine since ufotable tends to cut out a lot of stuff and add it in in the BD’s.
Cinderella aside,Seitokai was dropped because the non utw-staff gave everyone the bird and dropped off the face of the earth and the UTW staff didn’t care enough to do their work for them.
