I can’t believe they just pulled a fatality on the moe shy girl. It’s one thing when he loli breaks girls, but it’s a different matter when they just get exploded. As for Himegami Aisa case, Aisa is special case, she is The “Deep Blood” she grew up with the fact of losing blood due to her ability to kill vampires, by sucking her blood, I don’t know if you do read the Novels but they did show some scenes in Index Season 1, Aisa(Deep Blood) did annihilate whole villages of Vampires because they did suck her blood so you can guess, Aisa gotten used to lose a lot of blood because of her ability otherwise the Vampires would’ve killed her a long time ago (there is more explanation in LN).
As for Komoe playing with rocks, let’s face she’s shocked and do know that Aisa is gonna die and even if they do get her to hospital she won’t make it (it’s the same as Index case before from S1),unfortunately Oriana attacked her with magic of highest level in her arsenal of to break through “The Walking Church”.[spoiler]Well if you do wonder why is that,’cause “The Walking Church” is a defensive magic of high level that can withstand even Kanzaki Kaori’s attacks![/spoiler]
So I can’t blame Komoe for trying to use that healing spell and not to mention, Stiyl saw that even if they do wait for ambulance to come, it will be too late that’s why he told Touma to come with him and continue chasing Oriana..
So its seems you forgot about those things.
Still waiting for the v1 of episode 10 before I watch this one. Makes me a sad panda that it isn’t out yet. 🙁

That Cross that Aisa wearing,“The Walking Church” it’s well known item among the magicians, however not everyone can get a hold of it, its an item for the elite only. That’s one of the reasons why she used such an attack.
But why Oriana didn’t use such an attack Tsuchimikado (the blondie guy), remember, Oriana has a limitation on her magic use, though she is a Wizard but she can’t use the same magic twice in short time otherwise she will have a degeneration side-effects, The Wizard is a higher level magic user than the magician, she can write her own magic.
So Oriana didn’t wanna use that spell on Tsuchimikado, because he ain’t worth it or so what she thought based on her first encounter with both; Touma and Tsuchimikado. Oriana took Tsuchimikado out with one spell and without any hard efforts.
Well I guess that was a mistake on her part since, you see, Tsuchimikado skills as magician made him one the of elites in the past before he started working as a secret agent for both Magic and Science sides so he lost his powers.
Oriana = shota.
I thought Kuroko’s catty remarks about Index’s ‘condition’ were priceless. 😀
