Oh, right. First of all, yes I did fall asleep while typing. NEW SKILL ACQUIRED! So my sternocleidomastoid is aching. Like a bawss.
Aightey, onto the series. C^3, as you can tell, is about the logical construction of various torture devices throughout history by reconfiguring many small cubes which originally fit into one large cube. To do this, Fear constantly needs to use her spacial recognition skills and use her power to change the velocity vectors of her cubies and recreate her maddening tools. Yay, geometry. But hey, at least we aren’t doing linear algebra, if you know what I mean. Hehe, EHEHEHEHE yeah I’ve been doing math problems recently ;_;
Anyway, yay artwork, boo fanservice. This last episode was epic in that it earned the dreaded animation censor for something that isn’t just excessively revealing. Thas right, the other NSFW(ya know ya like it fnord!). Props to them for going so far with the insanity.
Overall, decent show. I feel it surpassed other generic Fighting with Fanservice (abbreviated FwF, remember that kids. If it goes viral, you heard it here first!) shows with the “we don’t do generic lines of speech in-between fights” policy and the murderfaces/epic guro. Yup, I’m satisfied!
By the way, was that picture her butt or breast, I still—jk.

Daiz (Encoder who consistently worked on the series on time): I was the only person to work on time for this series every single week and I was completely forgotten from the roll call initially… I guess the lesson of the day is: Delay stuff for days to make people remember your work ( ﾟ∀ﾟ)ｱﾊﾊ八八ﾉヽﾉヽﾉヽﾉ ＼ / ＼/ ＼
8thSin (TLC): I stuffed my thing up Fear’s tight crack last night, too. It was tight, she screamed a lot.
Kusion (Editing/TS/QC): I remember trying to convince Moshi to do this over Horizon back during the fall season. He didn’t want to, until he saw the first episode of Horizon. At any rate, this has been a really fun show to work on. I’m sorry about all the delays, there’ll be no more delays for spring season. Now, enjoy the final episode or I’ll curse you!
Sindalf (Timing):
Raze (TLC/QC – first few episodes): A show combining both fanservice and crazy faces. How absurd.
__ar (TS assistance): Silverlink did some really cool stuff with the animations for this series and I enjoyed working on it, regardless of how slowpoke we were! 呪うぞ～

Great job on the show, one of the better ones this season.
Not sure if its appropriate to take jabs at Horizon still though since its alot of people enjoy that show (myself included) and is generally considered one of the good shows this season as well.

@Zim: .avi is the “old” container format that is supported by mostly every (hardware) player. Nearly the same goes for Xvid since it’s “older”. So if you need something “old” that does not run with 720p on your desired player, you’d usually try Xvid/.avi because it is likely to succeed.
I don’t know if it is conceivable to use mp4 nowadays, or even h264.
Was I the only one to notice that Haruaki’s hands magically healed without Kuroe doing anything about them? They seemed pretty gosh darn fine when he was holding the katana.

Then you’re missing the 1st OP. Remember that this show uses ordered chapter, so you had to have the OP (or ED) episode in the same folder as the rest of the video in order the player to play the video properly as intended.

really great, iw odner if theyll make a second season; and if, then iwodner if theyll make one right away or kidna take turns with mroe seasons baka to test. both shows have more than enough Light Novel Material left to be animated, and both light novels are still ongoing so i guess well get to see them again..
xvid in avi container can be played on symbian phones or those cheap chinese gadgets, lol, so I think it’s a good policy of UTW.
Us PC/laptop viewers should just download the HD.
The file size shouldn’t be too big of a problem, considering the internet speed noawadays is pretty delicious compared to… ten years ago?

i feel kind of bad for asking this. but i watch this on my ps3 (Avi) but your soft subs dont play on it i was wondering if you could soft sub it like this [spoiler] 2) Use Google to look up a program called AVIAddXSubs v8.2 or newer. Essentially this is a program that creates “Xsubs” which are soft-subtitle files for official DIVX and XVid files. This works much in the way that it would with a Matroska (MKV) or OGM video file, but it’s used with Divx containers.3) Using the program you now have FULL control over the subtitle options. You can change the font sizes, colors, fonts, etc. as well as support for several subtitle files within one movie (meaning if you want to have say Japanese/Chinese/English/Korean/Spanish subs on one movie, you can).4) The program will take your original video and the subs and merge them into a new file that ends in the .DIVX extension. You can rename it to be .AVI if you like, but the PS3 does recognize the .DIVX extension regardless [/spoiler]

code number, and change the name. I usually cut off all the stuff and just leave 01 C3 Curse, Cubed, Curious. Will it still work if I change the name?
As long as you don’t change the Segment UID, it’ll work as intended to.
