Yeah, I know we took our time on this, but I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. I’m particularly pleased with how the script turned out this time, and of course the typesetting from ar is always amazing.
The premise of a Holy Grail Grand Prix is funny enough already, but the episode itself is simply out of this world. Really, really good stuff.

Hey guys, I’ve recently found a 720p Release of Carnival Phantasm EX, so I decided I’d share it with you.
I’ve done my own encodes (both in 8bit AND 10bit) with the subs already included (and slightly modified to accommodate the widescreen aspect ration)
You can download the torrent from mediafire.
I’ve been trying to post this for some time with no avail, maybe it’s because of the link?
Just write mediafire-com and the code right afterwards. Don’t forget to use a dot instead of a dash and don’t forget to put a slash between com and the code.

Sadly those aren’t the Extra PCs in that crowd shot, but they do look familiar.
My only complaint about this episode is the lack of an Arcueid cameo, but it’s no biggie.

Thanks so much for doing this series guys. It is, hands down, my absolute favorite gag series. I have not laughed this hard in years. And the really great thing? I’ve watched all the episodes over and over again and I still laugh my ass off. So again, THANK YOU.

I just wish people would watch stuff before complaining about size, this is clearly the most action intensive and heavily animated ep of the series. I mean compared to this episode, episode 11’s 1080p mux is just over half the size.

Yeah those people can get really annoying and I’m speaking as someone not even part of a fansub group, I can’t imagine how frustrating it must get for you and others who have to receive comments like that. Everyone knows you’re a great encoder, why would anyone think you’d make an episode large if it didn’t need to be.
People should quit complaining at fansubs for releasing large 1080p files… I mean come on it’s 1080p for crying out loud of course It’s going to be large, and as you said the episode is action intensive so the size is justified.
Instead of complaining they should just go for the 720p file. If they can’t afford a big enough hard drive then I doubt they could afford a Screen which would justify getting a 1080p res file anyway.

Carnival Phantasm is epic! Loving the F/SN references, the Tsukihime ones are okay. Never enjoyed Tsukihime as I got tired of the “i’m actually a vampire and i love you, human” stuff.

@TooSlowOkumura hm as for tsukihime, wasnt it clear right from the eginnign that arcueid was a vampire and stuff? or was it different in the anime? i heard they changed arcueids and everryone#s personality in the animeversion, never watched it tho
I think he probably meant how Arcueid is not your usual “hate all humans” type of vampire and she likes just hanging out and playing. But Arcueid is not really the standard of what a vampire is like, she’s an odd one.
