Nothing much to say about the Kampfer batch: they’re our own encodes, and we’ve included the creditless OP/ED as standalone files for you collectors out there. Oh, and commentary audio tracks are included in the 1080p releases but not the 720p releases to keep file sizes down.
We’ve v2’d a lot of the Amagami SS BD releases though:

  • Episodes 1-12, 24, OP1a-c, and ED1 have all been v2’d to “fix” a problem that messes up the styling for the Japanese in the karaoke for those of you using JP locale in Windows (which would be like 5% of you anyway). There’s nothing else wrong with original versions otherwise, so feel free to save your bandwidth.
  • Episodes 21-22 have been v2’d to fix up a strange timing error at the OP that resulted from faulty shifting.

The Kampfer torrents should be well-seeded, but I’m only using one seedbox for the Amagami SS batches due to their huge size. Feel free to use the DDL links instead, and please do help seed.

Yeah, we (read: I) took a long time with this, but it’s finally done for your viewing pleasure! After waiting for almost a week for the BD for this to show up, we decided it’d be a good idea to get this out of the way and done with before my job etc. starts. Hence the v0, indicating we used a raw from Share. We won’t be doing a 720p v0 release because we might as well wait and encode it from the original Bluray.
At any rate, this episode was so much win in so many ways, and both ar and I really enjoyed working on it. That Bakuhatsu Penguin scene was god tier, seriously.
arEdit: Thanks to a lovely chap, the whole lack of BD issue has been sorted. Don’t ask me for a timeframe, but I imagine within a week or so. Do not constantly ask about where the release is, please. It’ll be done when it’s done and no sooner.

I don’t even know why I enjoy such trashy stuff, but I certainly did enjoy it enough to work on it on a free day. You can call this my guilty pleasure or something, I dunno. Not to mention __ar‘s had his eyes on this ever since Season 1 ended.
If you’re wondering what happened to episode 13, it wasn’t broadcasted. It’ll be included in a Bluray that will also include this episode.
This release does not include karaoke/translations for the ED, which if you’ll take a listen to just screams :effort: in your face. Rather than spend an hour or so figuring out exactly what they’re saying, I figured you guys would appreciate an earlier release. Rest assured they’ll be in the Bluray releases.
Apparently yet another strong earthquake struck Japan off the east coast last night, so the broadcast had earthquake/tsunami warnings on the side. __ar spent a lot of time removing them, but if you’re wondering why a couple parts of the episode kinda jerk a little, that’s why.

Ok so yeah this isn’t a UTW release but it’s a solo project I finally completed and released under the tag of socialist group Commie, my fellow comrades~.
tl;dr They’re a bunch of cool guys and fun to work with!
Thanks to Koda for always being cool about using GG’s scripts and for the awesome TL GG did for this show. Yeah some of the swearing that Akane rattles out isn’t there literally, but basically the way it’s voiced is the equivalent of using the same words. This is one of those shows a less literal translation makes so much better, cause it’s really just a fun show none of that serious business stuff. And thanks to Raze for getting me the BDiSO’s so I could encode “HIM” this show! Worked out well at the end anyhow! 😀

I’ve just added a patch download to fix the out of sync audio on the Natsuru & Akane Dressing Room Omake. Turns out I muxed the wrong flac file with it! (This means I had two files named similarly and the wrong one happened to be the first one!)
Just run the patch in the same directory with the Dressing Room omake, and just in case Windows does something randomly retarded, best copy the mkv over to another directory just to be safe, then unrar the patch in there, and run the batch file. Then Presto fixed mkv~
