I finally managed to find some time today to get this translated, so here you go. Those of you who have played F/HA will definitely get a massive kick out of this.
I reduced both the font size and the vertical margin slightly so as not to block off too much of the bottom of the screen too often. As with all our releases, you can turn off the subtitles for an intrusion-free viewing if you’d like.

Some unfortunate encoding problems resulted in a delay of ~3 hours for this episode. These things happen without warning and cannot be avoided, so thanks to those of you who waited for our release. You won’t be disappointed.

This episode features the only Tsukihime section of this season of Carnival Phantasm as well as the greatest love story ever told™. Pretty good if you ask me.

The whole Type Moon Serial TV Novel section in this episode parodies a morning TV program that airs on NHK in Japan. I guess those of you who are more familiar with Asadora will get a bigger kick out of this arrangement.
Sakura + Rider fans will probably enjoy this episode, I guess. I personally liked the side sections more.

__ar really deserves a special mention here. A lot of man hours was put into the typesetting for this release with the sheer number and variety of signs. I’m sure you’ll agree with me once you’ve watched the release that he did a phenomenal job once again.
As usual, only the 1080p version contains the audio commentary. This episode happens to have two commentary tracks: a regular one and an Ilya one.
