Things got real this episode. And by real, I don’t mean shit hit the fan or anything of the sort. I mean real.
This episode, KyoAni took a stand. You’ll see in these twenty-four minutes several instances where the studio depicted the oh-so-familiar anime blush lines as if they were scratches… blemishes. Like they were tarnishing their own characters. I’m sure you’re all smart enough to realise what this was a thinly-veiled attempt at, and I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with their thoughts on the matter.
If you feel the same way, you owe it to yourself, the rest of this community, and the entire medium to spread the word and raise awareness—the anime blush is a vile existence that must be shunned and eliminated at all costs.
Today, let’s all swear to flush the blush.

Episodes 1-4, 6-7 have been v2’d for consistency fixes (OP kara etc.) and a few other minor things. There wasn’t actually that much stuff to fix, but things that aren’t top priority (like TV batches) tend to get delayed when spare time is at a premium.
We’ll presumably sub the extra DVD episode when it comes out, and I think we’re doing the BDs for this series. The first volume should land in due course.
P.S.: If the subtitles look weird/wrong or don’t appear at all, you’re most likely using an outdated codec pack/player. Installing the latest CCCP should fix the problem.

This is pretty random, but the tl;dr would be that there were no decent releases of this episode (which came with the Seitokai no Shukujitsu novel back in July) so I decided to buy the novel and we wholeheartedly put a release together! Thanks to fotc, Futsuu, 8thSin, archdeco, Xythar and goof for helping out.

Also #2, we have no plans of doing the Blu-rays for any other episode because nobody wants to translate silly Ending Songs (or episodes) and it would be effort, so please do not ask when we are doing the rest of the series.
